It turns out not to be so easy !

It's probably etched by some engraving technology, using a custom font.
But what font might come close ?

I took the effort of quickly redrawing the most distinguishing characters, in order to let MyFonts process a large scale black/white rendition of them:

The two results below showed up as similar, although not exactly the same:

Royal Street Light

Korolev Compressed Light

All in all, I bet the font is just a simplification of the DIN Condensed Light font, making all strokes as straight as possible, and curves as parts of plain circles...
