Adobe has three huge cloud offerings: the popular Adobe Creative Cloud, and the lesser known Document Cloud and Experience Cloud. As their names imply, many of their included services are obviously cloud-based and therefore available as subscription-based applications.

There are just a few oddities and ancient tools left, which are still on sale as a both a subscription and perpetual license, e.g. Captivate and FrameMaker.
