Want to use it ? Just partly, I guess. It's the content they're probably looking for in the first place. After all, websites aren't like billboards, scattered around, claiming for attention. But a website's design can surely make it more of less difficult to use, which can be beneficial to the number of people being able (or wanting) to use it.
