Easy enough, open your image in Photoshop (or any other decent image editing application), and look for the Image >; Adjust >; Hue/Saturation command. Just move the Hue slider from left to tight, and see how the two color ramp strips at the bottom, revealing the present colors and the adjusted colors.
You can also apply this adjustment as an Adjustment layer, which is less destructive, so you can always change the setting afterwards or delete it.
And when you want to be more precise and only adjust certain colors, then try switching that "Master" to a specific color (if necessary, sample the color to be changed with the eyedropper more accurately).
