And quoting some one is a right in itself, but you would need to attribute the quote, or at least mention your source.
Only if you'd be using the quote in a manner which would be absolutely against the will and intention of the originator, the moral right might come into effect. That's an unalienable right, which can be exercised by the rightful owner or his/her heirs.
