No. The fact that you're using it for some educational purpose won't allow you to use any image. Nor does the referral make it legal. Unless you're using the image as a reference in a formal news item, review, or satire (but you're not a journalist, reviewer, or comedian), you're not allowed to use the image, not to mention to make any money with it !

Use the Tools tab in Google Image Search to specifically search for images which can be used for certain purposes.
