Adobe Creative Cloud consists of about 20 applications, of which quite a few of them have something to do with pictures. So could you be a bit clearer on which application? And apart from that, I don't understand what you're trying to do...

How would "anyone else" be able to receive or see a picture you send to some one, personally, by email, I presume ? Anyway, the receiving platform would need to authenticate the intended receiver, and then offer the option to hover over it, and reveal the intended picture ? I can't think of any simple method or file format to accommodate for such a feature, and how an Adobe tool could be involved.

So it's still a bit of a mystery to me, what you're trying to achieve here...
