It all depends on the "color gamut" of the paper stock and printing process you'll be using to print it. Some combinations have a tad more brilliant colors available, other combinations restrict you to very bland conversions, compared to the original RGB colors.

Don't restrict your design to colors within a printing gamut. Pick brighter colors if you want them, but keep in mind that print media will yield a less brilliant color. But it probably will remain in the same color range.

Consider using matching Pantone inks, to produce more brilliant colors. These inks are custom mixed for the best effect. They can use brighter and even fluorescent pigments to make a print truly stand-out !
