What software supports isometric or multi-point perspective technical illustration?

Well, as a matter of fact, Adobe did have a very innovative and nifty piece of hardware a few years ago, called the Ink &; Slide. It could be used with accompanying iPad apps like Sketch and Line, to draw somewhat technically, perpendicularly, with bows and stencils and all. But in about a year they already left buyers in the dark, announced new apps, with no further support for these tools.

So you don't have to expect anything coming from them, anymore...

There is that Perspective Grid feature in Illustrator (like Jason Weiesnbach and User-9848751607145380418mentioned), which has been tossed into it many years ago, and was never improved or revamped. Not because the ideal dream came true, but - again - because Adobe just left it as is. Its approach is totally unhinged from any true technical drawing application, so it's a very conceptual and visual thing – nothing heavy duty to build bridges with.
