Both applications are too much for this purpose, and lack dedicated methods and features to specifically design websites or apps. Maybe you could eventually settle on a workflow which will be fast enough for you to at least create some wireframe or a highly visual mockup. But you won't be able to design the actual use of such a website or app, by means of navigation, interactions, transitions, animations, etc. That kind of design is just as important ! And the subsequent challenge: how to share such an interactive design with others...
